First of all, it is a pity to read this. You have five working days to make any order claim if it is due to an agency transportation break. You have 3 months if it is because of a quality issue, but we recommend that you send it to us as soon as possible.
To open an incident record due to product breaking, go to MY ACCOUNT>BREAKINGS and there you will have to fill out a form with all the data, as well as attach some photographs to see what happened and give you answer as soon as possible. Any questions, see this short explanatory video.
